In early 20th century we were invited to design and manufacture lighting for the aspiring Vienna Stock Exchange, located in a Historism Mansion on Vienna’s prominent “Ringstraße”.

Inspiration for this design was on the one hand the period of Historism to pay homage to the building. On the other hand we drew from the Jugendstil and its playful floral décors prominent in early 20th century.

Typical for this period are also the opaque glass spheres on the arms shading the light bulbs.
